Refund Policy

Made To Fade has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on its products.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, send an email to madetofadetattoos@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will respond within 1 business day regarding a possible refund.

​

Refunds requested after 30 days of the purchase date may be eligible for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. We do not accept refunds for orders that are over 90 days old.

Non-Refundable Items

The Following Products Cannot Be Refunded:

  • Fashion Accessory Items

  • E-Gift Cards - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified regarding your refund.

  • Sale Items

  • Tattoo Bundles

Shipping

Note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Products Or Issues With Tattoo Application

If you run into an issue with applying your tattoo or if the products you received are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit.
